By using the Site or our services (courses, counseling, test prep, applications), you agree to this combined Privacy Policy & Terms of Use (“Policy”).

1) Data We Collect

Identity & Contact: name, phone, email, address.
Education/Profile: academic history, language level, goals, application documents, visa-related info you provide.
Transactional & Usage: bookings, counseling notes, communications, device/technical data (IP, browser), cookies/analytics for core functionality.

2) How We Use Data (Legal Bases)

Service delivery: enrollments, counseling, exam prep, document guidance, application support, reminders/updates.
Operations & safety: quality assurance, troubleshooting, fraud/security monitoring, legal compliance.
Legal bases: consent; performance of a contract; legitimate interests (service improvement/security); legal obligations.

3) Communications (WhatsApp/Phone/Email)

We communicate via WhatsApp, phone, and email for confirmations, reminders, and service updates. WhatsApp is a third-party platform with its own terms; do not share passwords/OTPs. We apply administrative/technical safeguards around access to communications.

4) Authorized Data-Request Handler (Antlrbyte Technologies Pvt. Ltd.)

Capacity & scope. Antlrbyte Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Antlrbyte”) acts only as Yewon’s technical processor, handling privacy/data-subject requests strictly under Yewon’s documented instructions and confidentiality; Antlrbyte is not a data controller for student/customer data.
No direct relationship. Antlrbyte is not a party to end-user contracts and has no direct obligations to end users; communications and responses are provided in Yewon’s name.
Liability allocation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antlrbyte disclaims all warranties to end users and is not liable for acts/omissions, delays, outages, inaccuracies, or security events related to Antlrbyte’s systems or its third-party providers. Any claims regarding services or data handling must be directed to Yewon (the controller). This does not limit responsibilities that cannot be excluded by law.

5) Sharing & Disclosures

We do not sell personal data. We may share with:

Authorized processors (IT/support vendors, communication and analytics providers, Antlrbyte) bound by confidentiality;
Institutions/partners or your designated contacts at your request;
Authorities when legally required.

6) Security

We use layered safeguards (access controls, encryption in transit, logging, least-privilege access, staff training). No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect confidentiality and integrity of your data.

7) Your Privacy Rights

Subject to law, you may access, correct, delete, object/restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent (where applicable). We verify identity before acting. To exercise rights, use the contact in §12 (requests may be routed via Antlrbyte per §4).

8) Cookies & Analytics

We use necessary cookies for core Site functions and limited analytics to understand performance. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may not work.

9) Retention

We retain application/counseling records and transaction logs as needed for service, legal, and quality purposes; then securely delete or anonymize them.

10) Students & Minors

For users under the age required by law, a parent/guardian must provide consents and contact details. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without appropriate authorization.

11) Website Terms (Use & Content)

Acceptable use: do not interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape, reverse engineer, introduce malware, or infringe IP.
Educational disclaimer: Site content is informational; it is not legal or immigration advice, nor a guarantee of admission, scholarship, visa, or employment outcomes.
Intellectual property: Site content is owned by Yewon or licensed. You get a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Site for personal, lawful purposes.
Third-party links/tools: External sites/platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, payment gateways, analytics) have their own policies; Yewon isn’t responsible for their content or practices.
Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Yewon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for issues beyond its control (e.g., third-party outages or platform policies).

The Effective date will be updated; continued use constitutes acceptance.
